Q: Where can I find more information about LuxAR?
For information about our digital free-form lenses, please visit www.jenalens.com. There, you will also find information about popular coatings and treatments available on the lenses as well.
Q: Where are the lenses produced?
LuxAR is a product by Optik K&R Inc.
Our 22,000 sq. ft. optical lab located in Toronto manufactures and distributes glasses lens, sunglasses, soft and hard contact lenses. We are proud to be 100% independent and Canadian owned. ORDERING
Q: Can I cancel or edit an order I already submitted?
Orders are processed for production the end of next business day. You will have 24 hours to contact customer service to cancel or edit orders for free. Contact us at info@luxargrow.com or use the contact form on our homepage.
Q: What is the warranty or refund policy?
All safety frame suppliers carry a 1-year warranty that protects against manufacturers’ defect or breakage. Every job produced by LuxAR Grow comes with a 100 day warranty. Contact us if you have a problem with your lenses and we will help you resolve the issue to the best of our ability!
SHIPPING
Q: How long does a pair of prescription glasses take to make?
LuxAR Grow glasses are produced in 5-10 business days. Order with complex prescriptions may require additional time.
Q: What are the shipping options?
Once the glasses are finished, they will be sent via the shipping method you have selected upon checkout. Check these UPS Standard and UPS Expedited pages to know when your order will be arriving.
Q: How are the glasses shipped?
All glasses are shipped in a small shipping box with filling to ensure it arrives safely. If your LuxAR Grow glasses arrive damaged, please contact us immediately.
Q: Why does the box the glasses come in looks worn out?
Here at LuxAR Grow and Optik K&R, we are doing our part to be environmentally conscious and responsible. One of our longest commitments include collecting and reusing shipping boxes with the 2000+ opticians we work with.
This means that the box you receive may not look the newest, but had played an important role in our green initiatives. We hope you understand why we opted out from buying new boxes and creating more unnecessary waste. As so, we encourage you to recycle the shipping box!
